Shipping
Handling time is 1-3 business days once your order is placed. The faster you approve your proofs the faster your order will ship out.
Standard shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage and take 2-5 business day to arrive. Express shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail and takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
All orders will receive a tracking number via email once it's shipped.

Is this legal?
Yes we conspicuously mark every bill as a copy. This is for fun and prop use only. If we suspect anything illegal from a customer we will refuse service and report it to authorities.
Will I get to see what my bills will look like before they ship?
Yes you will receive proofs via email 1-3 business days after you order. You can approve or ask for revisions. Revisions may cause a delay in your shipment so please be specific when you order. Please check your email regularly including your spam inbox from email info@custombills.com (you may want to add to your contacts so you don't miss the email). We are not responsible for incorrect emails or you not checking your email in time.
What if I don't accept my proof?
Proofs will be auto accepted if not accepted by you in 48 hours after your proofs are first sent to you. Revisions are not accepted after it is auto approved because it will be shipped already. Please check your email regularly for an email from info@custombills.com
What kind of paper and ink is used?
We use a high quality ivory paper with a similar look and feel as real money but it is not exactly the same. For colors pink, lilac and blue all purpose paper is used and will look more like play money. We use regular ink to print and not the magic ink that is used for real money.
How long does it take to ship?
You will receive proofs same day to 1 business day after ordering (NEW faster proof times as of July 2025, subject to change). Revision to proofs are allowed but may delay your order. After proofs are accepted standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We also offer 2 Day and Overnight options for an additional charge. The faster you put in your order the faster your order will ship. We do not guarantee shipping times including carrier delays so please order in a timely manner.
Do you print in color?
Currently we do not print in color ink just monochrome.
Can I customize more on the bill than is offered?
No. Currently we only offer a custom image in the center, custom text on the top left and bottom right, and the back text where "In God We Trust" is.
Where do you ship from?
We currently hand make all bills in San Antonio, Texas.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. We cannot add or deduct anything from your order including quantities or shipping upgrades. You have to authorize any payment made so we cannot make any changes.
How do they come shipped?
They will ship as a stack of money or multiple stacks depending on how many bills you buy.

Does this come with a money cannon?
No but the bills are money cannon compatible.
